We have the markers of success all wrong – we prioritise these external markers of success, instead of internal ones. And we’ve been brought up believing that the only way we can be successful in life is by hitting the external markers, as if life was a tick box exercise.
In this podcast, I reframe the idea of success, and suggest alternative internal markers that I believe will ultimately lead to more fulfilled lives, happier people, and a more purposeful existence.
