I’m so grateful you’ve found us.
As women we spend our lives being told that we must look a certain way, and act a certain way, in order to be worthy. Our behaviours and appearances are policed to such an extreme from such a young age, that by the time we realise that something is a-miss, we’ve partly forgotten how to trust ourselves. We spend so much time, energy and money on trying to accomplish all the tick boxes we’re told we must fulfil in order to live a good life, that we forget how to check in with ourselves – we forget how to listen to our own inner wisdom.
Often we’re so well practiced at shutting our own inner wisdom down in order to achieve the milestones we are told to be aiming for, that we forget we ever had any of our own wisdom in the first place.
We forget that we know best. And then one day, something happens.
That something looks different for everyone, but essentially something inside you shifts. You start to wonder if this life you’ve worked so hard to create is actually the life that you want. And that maybe you’re not as happy as you imagined you would be after working so hard to get here. And you don’t understand it. You can’t articulate where it is you’re going, but you sure as hell know that you can’t possibly live like this anymore.
And that’s where we come in.
Howl & Blossom are here to help you seek out your own inner wisdom again. That ancient knowing inside of you that knows exactly where you’re going. She’s still there, that inner guidance that seems so quiet you can’t quite hear Her anymore. Trust me. She is still within you. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from being a woman is that everything is a cycle. We cycle (hormones), nature cycles (seasons), the planets cycle, the moon cycles…everything does. There is beauty in the cycle – in the repetition – in how each time around is the same but entirely different. And you have to practice.
It’s like eating vegetables – you don’t just maintain your physical health by going to the gym one time and eat broccoli one time. You have to do it over and over and over again.
So I wanted to give you a little toolkit that you could use over and over and over again, and still get the same amount of value out of each time. The same, but different.
