Polaris House is next to Swindon railway station. When you arrive, make your way towards the back of the station and exit via the upper concourse next to platform 3. Cross the footbridge to reach Polaris House.
There is no lift access to Polaris House from the station. If you are unable to use the footbridge you can take a taxi from outside the main ticket office at the front of the station.
By bus
Swindon’s Bus Company runs local services between the town centre and Polaris House. The nearest bus stop to Polaris House is Swindon College. Take the number 15 or 16 bus.
By road
On approaching Swindon, follow signs for ‘Town Centre’ and then for ‘North Star’, until you arrive at a roundabout next to Swindon College and the Oasis leisure complex. Take the second exit to follow North Star Avenue, then turn left at the next roundabout to approach Polaris House.
Visitor parking at Polaris House is limited and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two visitor electric vehicle charging points are available and can be requested from reception on arrival.
Other parking is available at North Star pay and display car park, which is a two-minute walk from Polaris House.

The closest tube station is St. James’ Park on the Circle and District line. We are a 2-minute walk east from St. James’ Park.
By train
Victoria and Waterloo are the nearest stations. It is located approximately 15-minutes east from Victoria and 21-minutes west from Waterloo.
By bus
There are a number of bus stops around the office depending on your direction of travel.
By bike
London’s East-West Cycle Superhighway offers cyclists a two-way cycle track along Victoria Embankment. A Santander Cycles’ docking station can be found on Storey’s Gate approximately 3-minutes from Caxton House.

By train
The nearest train station is Bristol Parkway, approximately 0.6 miles away. Taxis are available outside of the station.
By road
When travelling by motorway, take the M4 and exit at junction 19 to join the M32. Exit the M32 at junction 1 and continue on Filton Road (A4174) towards Stoke Gifford.
Exit the A4174 on to Great Stoke Way. At the next roundabout, take the third exit on to Fox Den Road, then take the first exit to approach Nicholson House.
There is an electric charging station and limited parking nearby.
By bus
The closest bus stop is East Filton Sainsbury’s. From Bristol city centre you can take the number 73 bus, which stops here. It is a short walk across the ring road to reach Nicholson House.
